Our facility offers complete chemical blending and mixing manufacturing facility, designed to meet the specific requirements of industrial and specialty chemical formulations. We handle both powder and liquid blending, providing precise and consistent mixtures that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

The facility houses a diverse range of mixing and blending equipment, enabling us to accommodate batch sizes from laboratory-scale trials to full-scale production. Our key asset includes a Blending Vessel with a flexible capacity range of 2 to 25 metric tons (MT), suitable for both small and large production runs.

We specialize in blending urea-based formulations, commonly used in fertilizers and industrial chemical applications. In addition to urea, we also handle the blending and formulation of:

• Ammonium nitrate and ammonium sulfate mixtures for fertilizer and industrial use.
• Calcium carbonate and dolomite powders for agricultural and construction applications.
• Surfactant and solvent blends are used in cleaning, degreasing, and process chemicals.
• Polymer dispersions and emulsions for coatings, adhesives, and water treatment.
• Silicate and phosphate solutions for corrosion inhibition and detergent formulations.

Our controlled mixing environment and automated process monitoring systems ensure batch-to-batch consistency, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Custom formulations can be developed based on client specifications, including particle size distribution, viscosity control, pH adjustment, and stability testing.
