Yaqoot AL Sama Logistics provides a complete supply chain solution for companies across industries, including manufacturing, engineering, oil and gas, construction, and consumer goods.

The entire operation, including procurement, material handling, production, and sales, is controlled using an ERP system.

For product delivery, full documentation is provided. For deliveries within the GCC region, full export documentation is provided, including a Certificate of Origin.

The Certificate of Origin states that the material is mixed and blended by Yaqoot Al Sama, with the Origin from the Sultanate of Oman, which normally allows duty-free import to other GCC countries (a 5% saving on invoice value).

As an Omani registered distribution company, Yaqoot Al Sama is exempt from import duty on raw materials (normally 5% of invoiced value). To apply this exemption, goods must be consigned to them and delivered to Sohar Port on a CFR or CIF basis.

The responsibility for clearing goods (including any import permissions) at the destination rests with the consignee and/or their appointed clearing agent.
